Trash pick up is Thursday morning. Please do not take trash out until 7pm the night before. City of Philadelphia will issue citations for this.
Please inform me of any issues/repairs as soon as you find them; use this form
DO NOT remove/tamper with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; replace batteries if they are low
Good drainage practices:
Use hair trap screen on sinks and tubs
Do not flush foreign objects down the toilets (e.g., personal sanitation products, paper towels)
Use Scotts 1-Ply toilet paper over other brands because they flush easier
Please let me know if you are going to be away for an extensive period
Things to double check if you are away for a long period:
Unplug all electronics
Make sure stove and range are turned off
Windows and doors are shut and locked
AC units are unplugged
Make sure faucets and toilets are not running
