Move Out

DEBRIS

All debris should be removed from the premises—no trash should be left inside or outside

CARPETS (if applicable)

Carpets should be vacuumed and steam cleaned if necessary

WOODWORK

Woodwork should be dusted and cleaned with damp cloth

FLOORING

All vinyl floor/tile/hardwood floor areas should be thoroughly swept, mopped, and disinfected

BATHROOM

Bathrooms should be thoroughly cleaned

Tub/showers and walls should be thoroughly cleaned including removing soap scum from surfaces

Toilet and sink should be cleaned and disinfected

KITCHEN

Cabinets and surfaces should be cleaned inside and outside

Refrigerator

• Clean under refrigerator by rolling out fridge

• Clean all shelves and surfaces of dirt and sticky residue

• Remove refrigerator drawers to clean under them (dirt and grime often accumulate under them)

Stove

• Clean all exterior surfaces of stove

• Interior of oven should be thoroughly cleaned with oven cleaner as necessary

• Surface coils and pans should be removed and cleaned

• Area under oven pans should be cleaned

WALLS

Walls should be free from holes, nails, etc. and should be repaired as necessary

DRAINAGE

Kitchen sink, vanity, toilets, and showers should be free of hairs and other debris that prevent normal water drainage

This list is not all-inclusive and should not preclude you from cleaning and repairing any known issues not listed on this sheet.
